My Pinggang Pinoy Video Contest

“Pinggang Pinoy” ay isang mabilis at madaling patnubay upang malaman kung gaano kadaming pagkain ang dapat kainin upang maging malusog. Ayon sa FNRI, ang isang healthy meal ay dapat mayroong 33% rice, 33% gulay, 17% karne, at 17% prutas. Isang video entry lamang sa bawat isang kasali.

Written and Oral Exam for Diplomate in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism

The written and oral examination to become a diplomate of PCEDM is on January 20 and 22, 2023 respectively. The deadline for submission of the application is on August 26, 2022.
