That Mary Poppins song never gets old: “Just a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down…”. But do we really know how much sugar is ALREADY IN the usual drinks we consume from our sari-sari or convenience stores? Here’s a quick guide for you.

The number of tablespoons beside each beverages represents the amount of sugar it has. 1 tablespoon of sugar is equivalent to 12.5 grams of sugar.
