Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism

The Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center, Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism started its training program in June 2014 and was accredited in July 2015 . It is headed by Dr. Ruby Go with Dr. Lora May Tin Hay as the training officer.

The section’s mission is to become a center of excellence dedicated to research and training of physicians to be proficient board certified leaders in the field of Endocrinology, Diabetes and metabolism, providing quality care to patients.

The training includes clinical rounds with the attending consultants, chairman’s endocrine sessions, William’s hour discussions, Journal club, weekly Endocrine conferences and different sub-specialty rotations. Fellows also are actively managing patients at the service outpatient and inpatient division.
